I’ve written a lot about weight and fat loss. But no matter how much I write, it isn’t enough to combat the gargantuan morass of B.S advice rampant on the internet.

99% of the fat loss advice you generally see falls into two categories:

  • Scientifically accurate but not sustainable.
  • Outright trash advice without scientific backing that’s sustainable but non-optimal.

My goal is to give you the best of both worlds — science-backed optimal weight loss advice that is sustainable in the long term.

But not everybody has the patience to read through a long technical guide. That got me thinking, “If I could give only one piece of sustainable weight loss advice, what would it be?”

A calorie deficit was the first thing that popped into my mind, but it demands quite some work and is easy to go wrong with it. After some brainstorming, I came up with a golden idea.
