Do you often avoid doing the most important task in lieu of something menial? Are you regretful about wasting time doing something that doesn't further your purpose? Has procrastination become a routine for you?

The trajectory of the whole day depends on your morning. If you spend your mornings in an unproductive slump then you will have a hard time being productive later during the day.

Not making any progress in the morning will hinder your growth curve.
It doesn't matter if you are a night owl or not, if you have nothing to show for the entire day then you will end up binge-watching rather than working.
It is damn hard to gather motivation at the end of the day to start something new.

Have A Small Win Early In The Day

What is the topmost important goal of the day? What is the one thing that is non-negotiable?

Break that goal into small steps and complete the first step in the morning. If your big goal is to workout, then start your day with twenty burpees.
