Player Spotlight #1: Panda

Normally we give big shoutouts like this to our big ETH winners! Got yourself a gold level doll, we want to help you shout about it from the rooftops.
However, we know there are CryptoDozer Players that are out there earning ETH at a steady rate. They may not have hit one of the biggest CryptoDolls but they keep playing and earning ETH. So we thought it was worth having a chat with one of them. It’s our first ever player spotlight, and to kick it off right we’re talking to the suitably named player Panda.
Panda currently sits 7th in the overall ranking board and you may have seen them regularly featured on our daily top ten exchanges, which we promote over on twitter @playdapp_io
Panda may not have scooped a massive 70ETH CryptoDoll yet, but with consistently high exchanges they’re certainly on the way to becoming CryptoRich. So let's dig a little deeper and find out some more.
Let's see. you can call me Panda. I play games in the crypto world (all types eth, tron, eos) I also stream on twitch once in a while. So far CryptoDozer has been addicting and fun. I watch a movie or a show on one monitor and play on the other lol. I'm trying to win one of the big CryptoDolls which, for me is a big part of the game. I’ve been playing since the start — think its been 2 months. I'm getting excited for DozerBird, I’ve seen all the teasing you've been doing.
I found CryptoDozer while on DappRadar via a classic banner advert, I saw the Dozer sign and thought why not? I think I kept playing at first as it’s pretty cute, all of it from the CryptoDolls to the bits surrounding the game looks great. I was thinking it would be cool if the CryptoDolls were animated — maybe they could wink at you or something?
I'm about level 90 in the game (well close enough that I may as well be! I think the thing that attracts me most about Crypto gaming is the combination, what I earn — regardless of the game I'm playing — is worth money. Some like CryptoDozer can be big amounts, but no matter what, I own the asset until I sell it on or trade it, it’s pretty cool!
CryptoDozer to me is a game game, by that I mean that it’s something that you could just play without the actual ETH part. While ETH is a big plus, having it be playable mainly as a game is great! I can also just relax and play when I want, I don't have to worry about missing the chance to win big ETH, byt not being online at the right time. when I choose to play I know that all the chances to win are there.
CryptoDozer: Some players tell us they want Rio to go away, what do you think?
Panda: Rios need love too, but I must admit…. I drop coins to the left of his head and the coins slide and push him to the right… and coin by coin he goes right…until… he drops right off the side lol!
CryptoDozer: Awww, poor old Rio, we still love ya, buddy!
With coins, all of them are important, whether you are using them to move Rios around or to get combos to trigger a CryptoDoll drop. So I try to use them in combinations, like that Coin and Fever tip you gave out- that was a good tip — even if I do often forget to actually use it!
I like to try to collect coins using as few walls as possible — so I can save them to guarantee a CryptoDoll when I see it! I also use those giant coins, sliding them around.
I do read all the tips that are given out and I’d love more. As well as the community to share theirs. All the CryptoDolls are available all the time, so if I used your tip to get one it’s not like there’s less ETH to go around.
What I do think could be improved is the Autodrops, I just think it’s a bit less skillful than the rest, also it’s a bit boring really, kinda slow…. Compare it to the BullDozer that happens every 10 levels — that's really cool and helps get a load of coins back in the bank! Even if coins go over the edge it's still fun to watch and most end up going in the right place!
Another thing I think would be cool is a big coin stack, so you can pile up a bunch of coins. Then tip them in one go, creating almost a wave of coins over the front, again it would look cool!
The gameplay is really easy to understand, just click and the coins go where you expect them to. The free coins at the beginning help you to learn how to use the coins the best way. So you can learn the ways to play and that makes it feel a bit different to just a normal coin collection game. You can work out the combinations or ways to push those CryptoDolls and Chests with your free coins then decide if you’re skillful enough to put up the money.
CryptoDozer: A lot of big winners have said that the ETH is almost the most attractive thing about CryptoDozer, what do you think?
Panda: Yep the ETH is a big attraction but I kinda like the mystery, when you trigger a CryptoDoll dropping, you have that moment where you’re not quite sure what it is, the mystery of could it be that big ETH?
For me, Crypto Gaming is going to be the next big thing, and games like CryptoDozer are definitely part of that. It’s all going to be like one big amusement game; win one thing from one game, trade it or sell it to another person. Buy something from one player and use it in a game you like. The trading is the bit that will make Crypto Gaming really different.
I’ve been seeing some of the DozerBird teases you’ve been doing, and that’s a good example of what I mean, I’ll be able to earn stuff in DozerBird to use back in CryptoDozer — like collecting Key parts.
Is there a beta that I can play?
CryptoDozer: We don’t have a public beta out yet, but keep your eyes open we try to drip out more and more info as we can…
Panda: Yeah I’ve seen some of that in the Discord and Telegram, c’mon no leak?
CryptoDozer: Sadly not…If you had to sum up a recommendation of CryptoDozer in one sentence, what would you say?
Panda: It reminds me of the amusement games I used to play as a kid, but here there is a skill involved, the CryptoDolls are cute. Even though it’s online, somehow the coins have a feeling to them….. the next CryptoDozer Rich could be you? — Well, I tried lol.
CryptoDozer: Any last words on about CryptoDozer?
Panda: I’d like to see more tips being shared, not just from the admin, but the whole player base and I’m interested in what’s coming next.
Just before we spoke to Panda, he did have some great luck, collecting a Gold level CryptoDoll. With some skill, Panda managed to earn a fantastic amount of ETH with our mint-blue rabbit, Amber.
