Open Builders is a team behind projects such as Notcoin, Tonstarter, Community, and Early. What is their mission, and what path did the team take?
Open Builders began their journey at the start of 2022, soon after the TON blockchain deployed their mainnet. The team recognized the opportunity and believed in the future of the TON ecosystem. At that time, TON had fewer than 1 million users. It was a nascent project, but the synergy between TON with Telegram was inevitable.
Currently, Open Builders is one of the key teams in the TON ecosystem and beyond — helping builders, developing new products, and ushering in a bright future for the world of Web3.
Here’s a little background on each of their products, what they have achieved, and their involvement with Triangle 🌲👼
Tonstarter
Open Builders started with Tonstarter, the first launchpad within the TON ecosystem, which helped projects fundraise, build an audience and go-to-tarket. From the initial idea to its implementation, the team’s goal was to bring value and be partners to founders.
Tonstarter helped launch many flagship projects such as: StonFi, Fanzee, Megaton, Fanton, DeDust, StormTrade, TON Punks, Evaa Protocol, xRocket, bemo, and more.
And they didn’t stop there.
Community
In August 2023, Open Builders announced their next product, Community. Community was the first service bridging TON & Telegram, helping projects interact with a wider, interested audience.
The project aimed to become an integral part of Telegram and simplify all audience-related questions for founders. Today, Community Bot is a user-friendly interface for everyone to access 900 million Telegram users.
Community has a user-friendly interface, quests (e.g., following socials, stories, and more), API for quests (on-chain & off-chain), Wallet integration, and support for integrations from the entirety of the Telegram ecosystem.
Over 30 million users and over 500 campaigns from leading Web3 projects have already used this tool.
Collaborations have taken place with projects such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, 1inch, TON Foundation, Mantle, My Ton Wallet, Hashkey, StonFi, and more. As of now, participants have received rewards exceeding $8 million.
Projects grow, build around themselves, and users receive good incentives and are invested in the projects’ success.
Notcoin
By the end of 2023, Notcoin began forming — a project that has had a profound impact on Web3 and changed market trends.
Notcoin is an adaptable ecosystem evolving to meet your needs. Initially, it emerged as the pioneering tap-to-earn web3 app, drawing millions of users and thousands of communities together through their shared enthusiasm and curiosity for the unknown.
Notcoin has its own token, $NOT, which is one of the largest in the Web3 space. Fully community-oriented, an organic model with 10 million holders, not having investors or large whales.
Looking at the statistics, on January 1, 2024, there were only 1 million accounts, while today, the number has surpassed 10+ million. TVL was initially at $15 million, has balooned to over $700 million.
Currently, Notcoin is forming many subsystems around itself. Explore caters to those discovering new projects, Contest appeals to creators, Games attracts adventure seekers, etc. It’s a dynamic, community-oriented mechanism designed to facilitate opportunities for projects to interact with their audience.
Notcoin has changed the TON ecosystem, creating a new trend — Tap to Earn. Ever since, forks and mini-apps with its mechanisms appear across TON and otherwise.

Early
In February 2024, the project Early emerged, with the goal of creating win-win collaborations between projects and their early adopters. A go-to-market product allowing projects to gather more selective, interested users.
Thus, through Early, the project gets contributors and active community members who contribute to growth in the early stages of development and contributors receive incentives for their feedback and contributions.
For example, MyTonWallet, one of the main wallets in the TON Ecosystem, passed through Early. The project gained approximately 500,000 contributors, increased swap transactions by 122% (45K+ tx), swap volume by 131% ($9.5M), and staking TVL by 41% ($3.12M TON).
Early is a good way for distributing tokens. A story that helps everyone stay profitable.
