HitBTC Announcement
After all the problems we have faced while getting listed on HitBTC, we regretfully announce that we are going to de-list our coins and stop our coins from being traded at the said exchange.
When we listed our coins we had nothing but problems from HitBTC, coins couldn’t be withdrawn, HitBTC team was slow in fixing the related problems.
We are listed out on two other exchanges namely CoinExchange.io and EtherDelta.
Those two exchanges will be operational as usual.

In light of recent changes that exchanges are making for a security coin to be listed with them, we need to make certain changes too. We would need to change our coin from a security to a utility token.

This would give us a leeway to list with other exchanges and main our existing listing to comply with the necessary authority.
In order for us to be listed as a utility token, we need to stop paying dividends. Instead of paying dividends, we will be buying back out tokens from the exchanges with the same amount.
We regretfully announce this as certain regulations and laws were implemented months after our ICO was completed.
We will be announcing the dates and time as to when the buy back of TGT Coins will take place. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
