A consistent exercise habit will put you in the top 1% automatically. It is the best self-improvement habit that you can adopt.

Better body image and fewer mental health troubles will boost your self-esteem. Moreover, you’ll have the energy and strength to follow your dreams.

But exercise alone is not enough to boost your health and well-being. An unchangeable lifestyle habit can ruin all your hard work in the gym.

Your gym session doesn’t guarantee good health

Pumping iron five days a week is a great fitness routine that can help you increase your muscle mass.

But is it enough to save you from the grasp of diabetes and heart diseases? Sadly the answer is no.

Living an active lifestyle is ideal but a 45-minute workout can never combat the damage done by eight hours of sitting.

Your daily gym session will boost your metabolism and induce brown fat but it can never undo the damage of excessive sitting.

No matter how hard you try you can never fully reverse the detrimental effects of sitting.
