Apple should extend to other countries the refund policies it applies in the EU. Any purchase of Apps, music, movie, magazine, in-app purchases, etc made in any the EU Store, and due to EU wide Consumers’ Protection Regulations, has to be refunded by the seller, no question asked, during 14 days after the sale date. Beside the seller must provide the buyer among other mandatory ways to request the refund, one that must be equivalent and comparable to the purchasing procedure.

This policy would end the scammers paradise because the 14 day refund period doesn’t start until the consumer receives the invoice and resets whenever there is a price change or renewal, leaving plenty of time to request a full refund if it’s a scam that way the scammers will leave empty handed.
