Do you hate exercising? Are you always finding excuses to skip a workout?

No matter how many workouts you try, you never find the one that you genuinely like and if it weren't for the health benefits you would never set a foot in the gym again.

Exercising is the bitter pill that you have to swallow to live a long healthy life. You want to become the person who likes going to the gym, but in reality, you hate it.

The freaks who claim to love exercise also hate exercise. Yes, they might love some forms of it but there will always be a workout that they truly despise. And they do the workouts they hate.

Here are four valid reasons why you sometimes need to suck it up and do the workout you hate.

Remember the last workout you hated and write the top five reasons why you didn't like it. The difficulty level would be a reason.

Most people hate doing things that are difficult. People love finding shortcuts to avoid the hard work. But sadly there is no shortcut when it comes to exercise.
