The Older I get The More I Understand Suicide

Hey Fellow Dads,

Life can be tough, and as I get older, I find myself understanding the struggles that some of us face, including the silent battle of contemplating suicide. Now, before you get alarmed, I want to assure you that I’m not considering it as an option. The reason it’s not even on my radar is that my heart tells me it’s selfish to burden my family with such pain; which also feels like a burden. But let’s talk about it because, as dads, we often find ourselves holding on for our little ones.
