By examining the flow of thoughts and the memories and beliefs they’re tethered to, we gain access to a deeper understanding of ourselves, challenging and reframing the stories we tell about who we are.

  • How do these thoughts relate to your current experience?
  • What beliefs are influencing your perception right now?

5. Visual/Auditory/Symbolic/Imaginal

Engaging with this layer of awareness allows us to tap into the collective unconscious, encountering archetypal energies and symbolic narratives that guide us toward deeper insights and healing.
