On the 15th of May, we have announced about our investment in Wooopit’s on-demand delivery platform, with the intention to propel our expansion into Poland. This investment decision, regrettably, was made based on projections and financials presented by Mr. Hesam, the CEO of Wooopit. As a result, Wooopit has terminated their activities in Poland this week.
We are not involved in the activities or management of Wooopit and Mr. Hesam was never a shareholder of Dorado. The only link that has ever existed between us was our intention to acquire or license some of their IT software upon which the platform was built.
The events that occurred in Poland, in no way adversely affect Dorado and our continuous development. This is just a minor setback, which delays our expansion in the aforementioned region. We are currently successfully moving forward with our plans and technological development.
