Here’s what we’ve been working on.

Last week:

Cudos Network

  • We carried out IBC Module research.
  • We will begin active implementation during the current sprint.
  • We finished the Cosmos SDK update to version 0.44.
  • We carried out the research and review of Althea’s Gravity Bridge commits.
  • We’ve implemented validators monitoring using Grafana for visualisations.

Tooling

  • We’ve synced the Docker image for CudosNode to the Public Testnet version.
  • We’ve worked on how we handle exceptions on a global level.
  • We’ve extended the configuration to accommodate more networks.
  • We’ve increased code coverage for Cudos CLI.
  • We worked on the Docker StartUp Script “Implement deployment”.

DApps

  • We’ve added NFT module functionality for “Approval”, “ApprovalForAll”.
  • We’ve added NFT module functionality for “Revoke approval”.
  • We’ve increased our code coverage for the NFT Module.
  • We’ve prepared the NFT developer documentation.

Ethereum to Cosmos migration

  • We’ve finalised the mapping UI design.
  • We added an additional warning note in the mapping design.
  • We’ve created the migration action plan.
  • We developed the mapping UI page.

This week:

Cudos Network

  • We’re deploying SDK 0.44 and the NFT module on the private testnet.
  • We’re creating a validator guide for network upgrades.
  • We’re carrying out the IBC module integration Cosmos relayer test.
  • We’re deploying the migration UI to test instances.
  • We’re fixing misc bugs identified during Project Artemis — Phase 1.

Tooling

  • We’re carrying out a validation of configuration input.
  • We’re researching the availability of Cosmos-compatible multisig wallets.

DApps

  • We’re deploying all the latest implementations mentioned above.
  • We’re implementing the NFT module’s incremental IDs.
  • We’re fixing bugs with our Explorer and Staking DApp.

Ethereum to Cosmos migration

  • We’re continuing the PR review of the mapping UI.
  • We’re creating a smart contract for reclaiming Cudos Token without the migration procedure.
  • We’re creating a script for parsing staking contract data.

NFT Gravity Bridge

  • We’re researching the NFT ERC721 Ethereum bridge.

About Cudos

The Cudos Network is a layer one blockchain and layer two computation and oracle network designed to ensure decentralised, permissionless access to high-performance computing at scale and enable scaling of computing resources to 100,000’s of nodes. Once bridged onto Ethereum, Algorand, Polkadot, and Cosmos, Cudos will enable scalable compute and Layer 2 Oracles on all of the bridged blockchains.
