Thanks, clear enough. There is still a concern that although the certifier group (i+1) would have little to no incentive for having the group(i) lose their stake, this possibility could scare some honest players from enrolling as certifiers. Also it seems that an attacking group (i+n) could destroy the stake of several groups in bulk: group (i) for alleged fraud, groups (i+1) to (i+n-1) — for non-reporting. Could they win a majority after such an attack?
