Yoga ignited my inner artist.

I did a yoga certification course in 2019 and in 2020 I decided to become a writer.

Yoga is not for the faint-hearted, it is a strength training exercise that strengthens both your mind and body.

Yoga is challenging, difficult, and annoying. You would get fed up and would want to give it up often.

But its benefits will have you coming back for more.

Now can you relate this to writing?

Do you think writing is soulful yet difficult?

Do you feel like you have to jump through fiery hoops to write?

Consistency Is the Key To Yoga

You will not improve your form and posture if you only do yoga once a week. You will need to put in consistent work to become better.

Doing yoga a few times will make you feel better, but if you are serious about doing the cumbersome handstand, or the difficult wheel pose then you will have to work daily.

There is no shortcut. It took me 5 months to do the headstand. You need to work daily to improve your core stability, and balance to achieve this result.
