Do you know an annoying person who is happy all the time? I am not talking about a toxic positive person who farts rainbows or burps sunshine.

A real happy person is someone who has his shit together. They are pros at dealing with stress. They have a great routine and even greater productivity.

They inspire and motivate you to become better. They are mostly happy and always ready with a smile and a helping hand.

I am lucky enough to know a few of these people. They are the most authentic people I have ever met. They are grateful for each day they live and each breath they take.

Science found out one aspect that makes them happy in this miserable world.

In this study 678 nuns were asked to write an early life autobiography, the nuns who wrote more positive views had a higher chance of longevity.

Happiness protects your heart and reduces stress and pain.

Happiness is much more than cheerfulness. Positivity and optimism are the benchmarks of a happy life.
