You may not look or feel like a fit person, but if you are on the path to becoming healthier you are a fit person.

Fitness can not be defined by BMI or fat percentage but by your habits. Healthy habits will fast-track your fitness journey.

1. Exercise is not a punishment

Physical health is the litmus test of fitness. It’s the first step on the road to fitness.

Fit people don’t ever box exercise. We refuse to limit exercise to just running and weight lifting.

For us, exercise means being active. That’s it.

Long walks, treks, stair climbing, and even chores are a form of exercise. Activities that make you sweat are exercise.
