1.what if you are searching to rent a room inside an apartment? in that case do you need an agent?or you can do it online?

2. since at the beginning you don’t have a job and maybe it will take some months to find a job.can you leave the home that you rented before the 1 year contract finished? do you have to pay fine?

3. which Toronto area is better for a single software developer (Web) to rent a place? which neighborhood do you suggest?i prefer rent a room before finding a job,so i could save more.
