Most people think how much they make depends on how hard they work. And that’s not true. In fact, I wrote a book about it titled, If you want to be rich don’t work for money.

Why? The mindset of working for money is the mindset of justification. And this is how people become embittered. They work so hard and then get so little.

Plus, they see someone who didn’t work as hard getting way better results.

People love to mentally beat up themselves. They think that doing more will get more results. In my book, I recommend a slightly different approach — work hard after you are successful so you can keep the success.

But for that initial success, you need access. The super-rich status is like a club. You can’t get in just because you want to get in. Someone inside has to grant you access. If not, all your struggles will be in vain.

The introductory lesson here for you is this — you can only make 100k/year without burnout if you are in an environment where people make that kind of money. If you are not in such an environment, you need to find a way to gain access.
