Others make you happy when they don´t show up…

The reason many people go out of bed in the mornings, to go to work, is good coworkers.

As I have written about before most people use up to 75 or 80% of their waking hours every day for work. Or work related matters. Like preparing for work. Commuting. Thinking about work. Or resting after work.
So, good coworkers matter a lot. As all other people in your life.
And when I talk here about coworkers then I don´t distinguish between roles. Coworkers can be managers. People on your team. Other freelancers (if you are one) you meet at coffee-houses etc.

  • Some coworkers make you smile and laugh.
  • Some coworkers help you see the bright sides of things, to see solutions instead of problems.
  • Some coworkers share interesting knowledge and facts with you.
  • Some coworkers show interest in you as a person, your wellbeing and your family.
  • Some coworkers invite you on daily journeys of great achievements and adventures.
  • Some coworkers hold you to high standards and help you grow, as a professional and as a person.
  • Some coworkers hold you accountable to be everything you are capable of, in work and life.

What kind of a coworker are you?

Do you make others look forward to go to work every morning?
Or are your coworkers happy when you take a day off?

Please, for your own sake, for the sake of your coworkers and overall joy in the world, choose to be a good coworker!
