A Day in Our Office

Hello, dear friends!

We often talk about tasks that we work on and improvements that we add to our algorithms. But we thought it would be interesting for you to hear how our office is organized and how the team works together.

So the working day starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. which is typical for many officers with 8-hour work days. The office consists of several rooms, which gives off is more organised and quiet. Our developers are the most energetic and are constantly discussing something with each other (have you also thought that programmers are quiet and not very social?) so they have their own room in the office. But it is also fair to say that the atmosphere in the office is very friendly and all departments are actively cooperating with each other.

Heads of departments often have meetings where they discuss plans on the future development of the project. But besides that, they talk to people from both their or other departments many times throughout the day.

We also have a tracker of duties where all team members are registered and have their duties assigned to them. At the end of the day, everyone checks in and makes a report on what duties were done successfully. In this way, our team members do not require constant supervision and can work at their own pace as long as they have everything done by the time the task is due.
