What do Champions NFT holders need to do as part of this migration?
Our Champions Ascension NFT holders will connect their wallets to the Champions Ascension migration portal to migrate their assets from Ethereum Mainnet to Polygon Mainnet. Our system will automatically scan for all Ethereum Champions NFTs from our four collections (Primes, Elementals, Pets, Imperial Gallery) and will prompt the user to migrate their assets. The player’s migration will be gas-less and once players click “migrate”, Champions Ascension will airdrop the corresponding assets that the player had to Polygon Mainnet.
Our main goal in this migration is a great user experience for our community. Our players will have 6 months to migrate their digital assets from Ethereum to Polygon.
Community is at the core of Champions Ascension, and we’ve been pleased to see organic growth of grass roots initiatives and guilds being formed within Massina. These groups are the evangelists of the game and Polygon technology will allow us to provide the functionality that we intend for Champions guilds going forward. More specifically we are introducing our guild protocol that will help communities be connected through the blockchain. Soon Champions Ascension guilds will be able to mint badges for their guilds and be able to unlock functionality in-game that show off their pride.
