2 minutes from Montgomery Station

A spacious public rooftop sits at the corner of Montgomery and Post. Lunch is only a few steps away — so bring your co-workers.

Address
Crocker Galleria
50 Post Street

Hours
10:00 AM–6:00PM
Monday–Saturday

How to Access
Enter through either Post or Sutter entrance, then walk up the escalators. When you reach the 3rd floor, look for the Roof Garden, and walk up the stairs.

Crocker Galleria is a semi-indoor mall in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District. There are three floors of designer boutiques under a beautiful vaulted glass atrium. With multiple food court options, this place always works well with a large group of co-workers.

West of the building is One Montgomery Street which overshadows the galleria, and to the east is the Wells Fargo Bank.

But the best part of this building isn’t the mall — it’s the secret rooftop that is connected to the Wells Fargo Bank adjacent to the Galleria. To get to the rooftop, you keep walking up the escalators where you will find the Roof Garden exit.

There’s plenty of benches and seating arrangements — eat alone or with a friends. It’s the central spot to meet people during your lunch hour.

Underneath the roof is Wells Fargo Bank. Take the elevator to the basement to see the vault. A metal gate prevents intruders, but you can view the monstrous layers of security.

Don’t forget to bring lunch. Places nearby:
