I get affected by a similar nutrition dark spiral when I’m manic, and I won’t eat anything and I just get more manic. I’ve found that cereal is one of my go tos to help break it a little bit — it can be nice and bland or exciting and sugary, as I need. Next time though I’ll definitely try Soylent, I think there’s even a smaller barrier to that than to cereal. Thanks much!
