As solar energy technologies rapidly become more affordable and abundant, American solar jobs have nearly tripled since 2010.

Over 250,000 Americans now work in solar. The expansion of solar across the U.S. is building local economies and creating new jobs, in many places you wouldn’t expect.

So where are all these new jobs being created?

Our friends at the SolarFoundation have just released their new interactive solar jobs map, which tracks America’s solar workforce.

This interactive map has solar jobs data for all 50 states with a breakdown by industry sector and demographics.
