Hi family, a short update from my side: the past 2 weeks were spent to implement the “bulk deals”: a new kind of deals where any user can list multiple items at once instead of listing them one by one as separate deals.

Bulk deals come with different selling modalities: the buyers get a random item from the deal (mystery box) or in the same sequence as they were added to the deal (first in — first out).
Bulk deals will also support different pricing modalities. The seller can specify that the price of the items grows by a fixed amount or by a percentage from the last price of the last sold item.

We are currently testing the new deals, which should go live on V2 before the end of the next week.

The next milestone is achieving feature parity with the V1 — that means migrating the bridge and cocktails. Plus fine-tuning the new UI and fixing the issues that were reported. This is the plan for the first half of February.

We will also add a third kind of deals (auctions) in February. The plan was to offer a preview early February. Let’s see how the UI progresses.

Personally, I am already exited to continue the work on minting! I hope that we can finish the work related to the huge V2 changes (multi-chain support) in February and carry on full-steam with minting.

Just to confirm, the rumours are true: Binance Labs invested in GAT tokens and in the equity of the company:

We are not allowed to disclose the amounts (yet), but it gives us substancial resources to build the products and everything around it.💪🏼

Why didn’t binance labs make a statement on its official Twitter account?
or did i miss it?

Wit:
I think there was no announcement on it — we have no information so far, if it’s going to happen in the near future. Binance Labs usually announces bigger investments, AFAIK

Analyst:

This is fantastic. I don’t know what can be bigger than this. At the level of investment and support for the project, it is the biggest news of all time so far on Gat Network. congratulations team.

Wit:
In any case, it’s a token of trust in the GAT (+related on-chain projects and use cases) as well as in the company/team 😊

Roman:
This is huge development. Having Binance Labs on board with all their connection, experience and support. Binance Labs entering as co-owner of the company (equity) is even bigger than them simply buying a share of the tokens.

This is a long-term commitment on their side.

For anyone who wasn’t clear on that, now you can rest assured that we didn’t jump on the wrong project. The team showed it from the beginning. Hopefully, in addition to the obvious, the community knows how to read between the lines… this is very big.

Analyst:
When do you plan to show this interest in the game?

Wit:
I am not sure I understand the question ?

You mean alchemy toys?

Analyst:
yes i mean the game.
Any progress for the game?

Roman:
As soon as we have the basis for minting, we can continue our metaverse expansion. The incubation program with the change of focus towards multi-chain have kept us busy for months. I personally would love to continue the game development. But minting has to come first. This gives us the necessary tools and products to onboard new chains and pull their communities towards GAT Network.

Bigger community and connection with other projects and networks will bring more players and possibilites for the games.

Wit:
MintedVodka is the centerpiece of the GAT Network — we envision it to be the magnet to attract creators and users to the whole ecosystem. Furthermore, part of the fees from MV are to flow back into Alchemy Toys treasury — sustaining p2e economics 😊

On top of that, MV is multichain — we will try to attract users/players from other chains, too!

We are also in contact with other EVM chains who show great interest in AT / AA being deployed there. There is no concrete roadmap for it, yet, though

Wit:
Right now we are preparing our presentation for the next week Demo Day at Binance. The 9 incubation projects will present in front of (we hear hundreds?) of investors & VIPs — and GAT Network is the first to take the stage! This is another opportunity to greatly expand our network, build new partnerships and even discuss next investment rounds.

Johalex:
I concur. just as they have explained before MV should be the priority priority

Analyst:
Do you have a chance to give information about the number of users playing the game right now?

Roman:
We do not have a dashboard with detailed information about unique players in a given amount of time, but I could try pulling that information for the next community hour from out databases

Analyst:
I want to play but I can’t because my English is not good and I couldn’t understand the logic of the game

Roman:
The game has been translated to multiple languages, have you found the language switch in the UI?

Analyst:
Is it translated to Turkish?

Roman:
No, unfortunately not yet! I think the top 12 languages were added

Analyst
It is a pity that it is not in Turkish

Roman
Maybe we should create a poll to see how many players from which countries are interested in the games so that we know which languages to support in the future

Analyst:
The community that I think will show the most interest in the future is Turks.

It is unreasonable to add it with current people, people from all nations will want to play the game in the future, even if it is a person, it should be valuable to us.

Roman:
We have the source files for translation ready to be translated. If you know any Turks who are good in English and who want to translate, I can provide the necessary information!

Analyst:
I can help with this, there are people I know
My moderator friend’s English is very good on the unofficial turkish channel

Wit:

If the friend has the time and motivation to translate those, I can add the language to the UI once it is done. 👍

Game important for small investors, my personal opinion, but for gat network development, MV’s growth is brighter

Roman:

Has the new developer been incorporated. Are you already with the team?

Not yet, the demo day and incubation have kept us busy!

Organising the work and adding manpower also needs time, which we could not afford up till now.

For my part right now I only have eyes for MV. I like that the team has focused all its efforts on it. The entire community should support this approach. in advance on the theme of the games will follow later. I see that very well

I’m sure of that. In my informative readings, I have learned how even Coinbase has associated itself with Visa to receive payments on its next NFT platform. This market is growing and developing and no one wants to be left out. The potential is impressive. 🔥🦾

Yes! Definitely. For the new MV we are adding a system where community members can be easily onboard as translators.

OphirNoor:
Keep on doing the great work and for what is needed in the market. You are pioneers of something very special!

Wit:
NFTs are the basis for what is known as “digital twin” in digitalisation. “A digital twin is a virtual representation that serves as the real-time digital counterpart of a physical object or process.”. Everything will be an NFT in the future.

We are early in shaping the future in this sense, for example with claimable NFTs. 😅👍🏼

MV2 should become a DApp and NFT magnet across chains. We will make sure to give a full set of tools to the creators to create, manage, collaborate and trade

Johalex:
Should we assume that the day of the demonstration is outside of January?

Wit:
The Demo Day at Binance is next week. I am not sure yet as to how public it is.

OphirNoor:
How long will last your demo? do they give you limited time?

Analyst:
If you don’t have to, I can talk about this big project for hours. 😄😄

Johalex:

Wit:
The problem is to fit everything precisely into 15 minutes 😅👍.
But we are well experienced there already

The demo day is a closed event for select investors AFAIK

In the coming weeks we will plan a gradual migration of (at least some) liquidity from GAT to GATe
