Trust the process: the UX process
We often hear things like, “Trust the process.”, “It’s a part of the process.”, “Just follow the process.” As UX designers, we tend to have a creative, rebellious streak that makes us want to chuck any idea of a process out the window. And in some cases that is for sure needed. I mean, we are here to shake things up a bit. Finding a solution to a user experience problem usually does throw one or many processes out the window.
