Saying “Thank You” is painless but critical to motivate people. Saying Thank You to under-appreciated people can bring out the best work from them. Try saying thank you to the doorman of your apartment, do that and the next time you come home you’ll see that the doorman treats you with respect and a warm welcome.

Not everybody deserves your Thank You, but sometimes there are people who do deserves your Thank You but you just don’t give it to them, either because of your Ego or you just simply forget to, but if you train yourself, make it a habit to say “Thank You” to the people who are helpful to you then you’ll see a massive difference in the way they treat you. There will be more love, care and corporation.

Thank You for reading this article.
