The Google 10x Mindset

So I attended #GoogleHackFairTH today, and people were talking a lot about how Google came to be what it is today. And there was 1 lesson that I thought was worth sharing with you guys. Here’s it…

‘We want to grow 10x’ — Sergey Brin and Larry Page (Founder of Google)

Not 10%, but 10x (times). Here’s the reason behind why they made this their goal, most company focus on growing every year by a little bit, but Google wants to change the world 🌎, make a hugeeeee impact every year, that’s why they shoot for the moon🌛, even if they miss — at least they’ll land on a star✨!

This makes Google’s employees work extremely hard and they push themselves to the furthest point they could reach.

Push yourself to the furthest you could go, set big goals and work hard to get there!!! 😉👍
