Introducing Pade Wallet.

Following sustained feedback from customers, we are happy to announce that the new Wallet feature is now available on Pade.

The Pade Wallet is an automated, user-friendly, and secure payment disbursement feature that allows you to pay employee earnings to their bank accounts.

Pade HCM remains committed to helping African businesses become more efficient with their people operations by providing tools to manage HR from end-to-end. We want to automate all the routine tasks of HR and free up executives time so that they can focus on strategic work.

Setting up your wallet is pretty easy. The steps are:

• Enable Direct Deposit in Settings on your Pade dashboard.
• Complete the KYC form and submit.
• We receive your information and activate your wallet.

Your wallet operates like a bank account. Once created, you will have a bank account number with your registered business name. Transfer the total sum of your payroll into this bank account and the balance will be displayed in your wallet.

At the end of a payroll run, click on Process Selected Payments and choose Direct Deposit. Employees in that payroll will receive their payments within minutes.

A few things to note:

Permissions: Only Primary and Secondary Administrators have access to the wallet.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals from Pade Wallet can be made but only into the registered company bank account number on file.

Security: We maintain the highest standards of security possible and users are advised to also make use of the security protocols available such as two-factor authentication.

Transfers: Pade Wallet infrastructure is provided by Flutterwave. Transfers into your Pade Wallet will cost 1.4% and is capped at N2000, while transfers to each employee bank account is capped at N53.75. More information on Flutterwave pricing can be found here.

Indemnity: Pade only provides software functionality to help hire, manage and pay your team. We will never request details of your wallet and are not authorized to make transactions on your behalf.
