Once your PAL Wallet is installed, our suite of microinsurance products is listed in our Marketplace. Let’s proceed with your RidePAL purchase!
Step 1: Input your trip details
Once you selected RidePAL, simply input your details accordingly. Need more information? Read through the Terms and Conditions and Product FAQs under the Resources column.
You get to enjoy 50% off the premium when the purchase is made with PAL tokens. Regardless, you still get to enjoy the benefits with our competitive prices with your credit card.
Remember to select the checkbox to agree to our Terms and Conditions before you complete your purchase.
Step 2: Input your password for verification
And voila — your purchase is complete!
Step 3: Review your purchase
Review your purchase under ‘Policies’ tab. You will separately receive a confirmation email in the email address you provided with the purchase receipt.
Just in three steps, your ride is now covered! For just US$1 premium, you will receive full-fare coverage of up to US$5 payout when rain with a precipitation level of four millimetres per hour or more is detected at the pickup location during the time of your trip.
