The 2022 Palo Alto Community Survey process is starting soon and is a critical community feedback tool that helps the City Council and City staff understand community perspectives on general community quality of life, current services and programs, as well as unmet needs and priorities. The survey is one way among many through which we gain insights from residents throughout our community. The survey is initially sent out via mail to a sample of registered voters that are a statistically valid population of Palo Alto. It will then be expanded to the whole community online later in October. Survey results are reviewed by the City Council and City staff and community input helps shape the City’s decision-making processes and more.
