Teen Wellness and Belonging
Social connection is vital to community health, and we offer many ways to connect together and take time for yourself. With school back in session for many teens, we recently shared information and resources to support teen wellness.
Connect at Mitchell Park Teen Center
- The Mitchell Park Teen Center is our drop-in space for middle and high school students, open from 3–6 p.m. every weekday. The center offers game amenities such as ping pong, foosball, pool, video games, and board games for all teens to enjoy.
Apply for Leadership Opportunities
- Join the Palo Alto Youth Council, Youth Climate Advisory Board, or check out the Art Center Teen Leadership Program.
Gain Mental Health Support
- There are many opportunities for support such as allcove, Children’s Health Council therapy services, Palo Alto Library book lists, and more.

City Hall Open House

Modeled after our successful MSC Open House event, this is your chance to dive into the heart of our City’s operations.
