On this #ThankfulThursday, we’d like to introduce L.A. resident Johnny Talay, a photographer whose work gives off a completely retro vibe. He is able to capture the perfect shot, no matter the background, thanks to his choice of framing and color editing skills.

Fun-fact: Talay was born in the Philippines and was originally a music major there before switching to photography. It just goes to show that what you study in college doesn’t always determine your career path!

According to his website, Talay loves to travel for work, so don’t feel the need to hesitate in booking him for your next event.

Check out his work:

A scenic shot of residential British Columbia
