Pandayield — Worldwide Ambassador Program

As we move forward, we believe that to expand Pandayield and make it grow; we must adapt Pandayield and make it worldwide-friendly. Only by doing so will we be able to pretend to attract the mass to Pandayield and, of course, to the Binance Smart Chain. We believe that we are on the right path but we have so much more to do. Yet we can’t do everything by ourselves; we need YOU.

That’s why we are opening the Pandayield Ambassador Application!

Backstory

As of now, the core team can handle the global chat. However, we have noticed that many community members don’t understand English or speak it, which is definitely a barrier to entry, or a problem for communicating important news, announcements, and information.

First, we would like to thank JayMix for his incredible job with the Spanish and Global community; Sanchez, Emre Uzun, and Cinarsfurkan for their impressive work with the Turkish community; Mr Bates for answering when the team is offline; Tak K for explaining things to newcomers; Kenny for his enthusiasm! Of course, thanks to EACH and EVERY community members!!

We want to further your effort by recruiting official Pandayield Ambassadors.

Ambassador’s role

The first mission we would like to ask from the Ambassadors is to translate the Pandayield platform because that’s where the users will meet Pandayield for the first time.

On top of the platform, we will also request the Ambassadors to translate the Greenpaper, as we believe it is an important resource of information. It is usually a starting point for the newcomers as well.

We will also ask the Ambassadors to handle the Telegram in their respective language. However, if the Ambassadors think that there is no need for an official Telegram in their language, we won’t create one. There is no point in creating a telegram for only one or two-person; we understand that. As for the Telegram, we need the Ambassadors to answer questions from the community, technically support (we understand that there is a technical limit though), translate news and announcements.

We will also support the Ambassadors in promoting Pandayield online and offline, on-chain and off-chain. We mean that the Ambassadors know better about National holiday or event. Those are definitely worth celebrating. We hope the Ambassadors can launch an event for the holidays materially supported by Pandayield. We also support offline promotion such as meetups, blockchain meetings, and events. For online/offline events, please contact any of the Community Manager from the Global Telegram Channel (Mr.Xin, Anne, Kim Jiwon). By promotion, we also need our Ambassadors to translate our important Tweets (could be in the Ambassador account, RT from the Pandayield account)

We also ask our Ambassadors to report feedback from their respective communities. We believe that there are community members who’d like to convey their suggestions, ideas, feedback, or concerns, but can’t due to the language barrier. So the Ambassadors definitely need to report those!

We also ask the Ambassadors to take the initiative to translate proposal polls from the community members who’d like to propose but aren’t at ease with English.

Requirements

To become a Pandayield Ambassador, you must:

• be fluent in English because we need our Ambassadors to understand the news and announcements perfectly
• be calm and understanding because you will deal with some complex issues sometimes and will have to hear unpleasant words
• trust in Pandayield

We are looking for 1 or 2 Ambassadors for each LANGUAGE, but we can recruit more depending on the community size.

More Info

Our Team will go through applications as they come. Our team members will directly contact the applicants to announce any decisions. Our team members will also look for the applicants’ activity in the next couple of days following the application through Twitter and Telegram.

The Pandayield team reserves the right to remove any Ambassador (with the Ambassadors team agreement) if any malicious act or behavior doesn’t fit with the Pandayield philosophy and/or the Ambassador doesn’t carry his missions.
