La Maupin

So La Maupin is this badass french lady who lived in the end of the 1600’s and she was just baller. But she’s not the only one, while trying to decid who to make a historical comic about I stumbled upon sooo many cool women that are mostly forgotten in history, which is really sad.

I finally decided on this lady right here and I really had a blast researching and drawing this project!
