A “Son” on the job

Summer is (almost) here in Rhode Island, and one local startup is on the hunt for talent.

Their name is Rentsons and they help people in our community complete odd jobs for a flat hourly rate. Basically, they do the chores you wish your son or daughter would do. They take care of landscaping, junk removals, organizing, moving, painting, and event assistance—any odd job that doesn’t require a professional.

Their mission is to simply serve our Communities. Not every job needs a professional and they are here to not only provide non-professional services to help save our Neighbors (clients) money but also provide a platform for them to form relationships with the Sons and Daughters (laborers). In doing so, they create jobs for young people to help them learn communication and hard skills that would help them grow within Rent Sons or help them in their next career or stage of life.

They’re growing quickly and can barely keep up with all the requests coming in as everyone gets to spring cleaning. Their biggest challenge over the next several months is finding enough quality Sons and Daughters to fill the demand. This is especially true for their newest Communities: Boston, Cape Cod, South Coast MA, South Shore Boston, and Martha’s Vineyard.

In order to fill their gaps, they’ve come to Pangea.app to reach our network of 1,000+ Rhode Island-area college students.

They offer a great base wage (+ tips and bonus). And even better is they offer people a flexible work schedule and a variety of jobs to undertake.

If you are looking for a great summer job, reach out via Pangea.app or on Rentsons.com/become-a-son.
