In celebration of International Workers Day, we’d like to introduce you to the team at Pangolin.

Over the last eight months, we’ve been building a team rich with experts in finance, economics, business, marketing, blockchain development, software development, design & community building committed to creating the world’s leading decentralized multichain trading platform.

We think it’s time to give them all a proper introduction.

Abdullah Bayraklilar 🇹🇷

Lead Designer

Abdullah has 7 years of experience in UI&UX. He used to work for one of the biggest airline companies in Turkey. He has been an avid supporter of Avalanche since 2020.

Ahmet Yatgin 🇹🇷

Graphic Designer / Digital Marketer

First and foremost, Ahmet is an absolute music enthusiast. Secondly, he has multiple years of experience as a brand designer and communication specialist with national and international brands.

Brandon Mino 🇺🇸

Chief Technology Officer

Brandon holds formal degrees in Finance & Computer Science with more than a decade of industry experience architecting, implementing & maintaining software.

Christos Salaforis 🇮🇪

Business Development & Culture

Christos is a people person with a Sales & Leadership background and more than six years of experience running weekly virtual events for entrepreneurs & investors. His motto: Good vibes only cultivates a positive & inspired culture among DAOs.

Eitsky 🇨🇦

Moderator

Eitsky has a background in marketing and has been supporting Pangolin since its inception. They have been in crypto since 2017.

Erich Hellstrom 🇺🇸

Lead Digital Marketer

Erich has a direct-to-consumer eCommerce background & experience ranging from creating content, developing data-driven marketing strategies, building cohesive branding, operations to customer services.

Firat Akkan 🇩🇪 🇺🇸

Head of Business Development

Firat is an ex-lawyer and former investment banker. He holds an MBA from Yale, as well as a MSc. degree in Financial Economics.

Justin Trollip 🇦🇺

Chief Executive Officer

Justin has an Economics & Finance background, running software implementations within the mining & pharmaceutical sectors before delving into his true passion, Technology & Blockchain.

Lead Data Analyst

Oracle has multiple years of experience working as an assistant consultant at McKinsey & Company and a data analyst at a digital marketing firm. They hold a Bachelor’s in Economics & Computer Science from a top US university. Oracle was also an early contributor to several early Avalanche projects.

Pedro 🇧🇷

Software Engineer & Developer

Pedro has experience in backend, frontend (react), web3 & smart contracts & contributes Rotki porting to Avalanche. Pedro is in the second year of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Sachin Sharma 🇮🇳

Moderator

Sachin has multiple years of experience in digital marketing, contributing to various Avalanche native projects. He has a Master’s in Marketing & a Bachelor’s in commerce.

Sarju 🇮🇳

Lead Frontend Engineer

Sarju has more than seven years of industry experience with a vast array of mobile and web app technology expertise. He has worked with many clients and firms across the globe.

Shung 🇺🇸 🇨🇦

Smart Contract Engineer

Shung is helping to port Pangolin to other blockchains for its multichain ambitions. They have been heavily involved in the Avalanche ecosystem & were the author of This Week in Avalanche during 2021.

Stephen Novenstern 🇺🇸

Head of Strategy

A self-proclaimed DeFi & GameFi degen, Stephen has 6+ years of experience investing in crypto and over a decade of work experience in programmatic media sales and consulting. He helps drive product partnerships through a spirit of innovation & collaboration.
