Bayan site faces cyber attack after launching anti-TRAIN Law drive

After launching the sign-up campaign against TRAIN last week, our website www.bayan.ph was subjected to cyber attacks over the weekend.

The malicious script injection attack originated from the Philippines. This is the second time our site has been subjected to a coordinated attack. The focus of the attack was the anti-TRAIN Law page. We suspect that the Duterte regime and its online hacks are behind the attack. It is a desperate and futile attempt to derail the growing opposition to the TRAIN Law and the Duterte regime’s inaction. We will take the appropriate action against those responsible for the cyber attacks.

Meanwhile, the fight against theTRAIN Law continues. ###
