This is the second in a series of 3 webinars in the CII’s Introductory Programme designed to demystify ESG for Insurance professionals in Claims, Broking and Underwriting. Reliable Data and benchmarks are essential to operationalise ESG, to allow firms to make informed choices, and to track performance with Trust. But, in a growing ‘marketplace’ of 600+ competing methodologies (and growing!), how do we know where to start, and how to choose? How far is Insurance already investigating or using ESG metrics and to answer what kinds of questions.

Learning objectives:

1. Understand the ESG Metrics landscape, key players, current ‘live’ issues and next-step developments.
2. Build your knowledge on current issues, use cases and emerging requirements where ESG Metrics will come into play.
3. Develop your own next-step learning and personal action areas on evaluating providers and options in your own operational context (in Broking, Claims or Underwriting)
