Indie magazine covers are often works of art, but at a recent exhibition a back catalogue of covers became genuine masterpieces.

Things & Ink, one of the magazines we feature on Readbug, have marked three successful years in print by curating an exhibition of their front covers.

The covers have been reinvented by artists who have previously been featured in the magazine, and each one is currently up for auction, with bids starting from under a tenner.

Opening on Thursday 31 March, and running for two weeks, the exhibition aims to raise awareness of The One Love Project, a charity that provides education, health and opportunity to the underprivileged street children of Pushkar.

Each contributing artist received a back issue at random, without a brief. Artists were free to alter the covers as they felt, using a medium of their choice.

You can place a bid on your favourite cover at the live auction and the exhibition is on display at The Circle, London until Saturday 16 April 2016.
