There once was a lady who lived in a castle so grand
She lived for her books while enjoying miles of land
She walked through the gardens with cute little friends
Some people thought she imagined them
Belle was good at pretend
She had a pictured a prince who would be by her side
He was not a charmer
It didn’t matter how hard he had tried
They spent many days by the fire reading books
Sipping tea and eating cookies made by the castle cooks
Both were introverted and hated a crowd
The country life suited them
They lived in a mansion and had everything at their feet
They did not feel lonely
They had each other, so their lives felt complete
Both went on adventures through a magic mirror kept in the west wing
This kept them from going stir crazy
Magic is a fabulous thing
The prince had servants at his command
All were happy to lend a helping hand
A fancy ball held for two
Dancing into the night while harps played their favorite songs
This is where their hearts belonged
An introverted couple who felt their never belonged
Until they found each other through darkness
Bringing life to their isolated worlds
