Internal Gods

They say God is all surrounding,
in everything we feel and do.
Yes God is everywhere;
a living breathing expanding Universal body
where we exist quark like. (Get used to it).
Are we causing infection, a millisecond
of sharp pain, an unexpected
unexplained sharp needle-like jab
we experience within our own internal Universe?
Are we also considered Gods? (Gods forbid).
Gods nurturing or destroying our own internal Universe?
Is our God destroying the Universe we know
or nurturing, letting it die of natural causes in old age?
