The head and shoulders of a combat soldier yelling, set against a muted split blue and yellow background. A brighter blue and yellow map of Ukraine is overlaid. Within the map are the words, ‘Young me don’t need to die to make mad men feel tall we yell, “Lay down your guns and let the evil fall to Hell!”

It’s 2022
a year not lived before
yet mad men of the world
have plunged us into war
again!
You would hope that by now
with history pages turned
past is ne’er repeated
war’s lessons we’d have learned
for good!
But here we are today
a blood bath in Ukraine
threat’ning to spill over
if we don’t use our brains
better!
Problems cannot be solved
invading others’ land
peace can only be had
when we all understand
the TRUTH!
Young men don’t need to die
to make mad men feel tall
we yell, “Lay down your guns
and let the evil fall
to Hell!”

We’re halfway through the year already and there’s so much going on that it’s hard to keep it all in…
