PARADEFI SEED ROUNDS DISTRIBUTION RECAP — 25/08/2020

The Paradefi Foundation will launch the Paradefi Token Seed Rounds on our own platform on 27th August. According to the plan, we will run 2 seed rounds (seed1 & seed2), before that we would like to clarify the seed round details.

1. There is no platform to run the seed1, only a Typeform form will be given pubicly to people, what people need is to fill the form. Deligated council members will have one day to choose the right ones.
2. No admin or Paradefi team members contact you in advance to join that, once you filled out the form, we will contact you to confirm the list. Approved investors will be given a smart contract address to contribute, for any disapproved investors who try to invest, we will refund all back to the contributing address.
3. The hard cap for the seed1 round is 360.000 USD, Paradefi Token (PRT) price is 0.001USD. All of the seed1 PRT will be vested at least for 1 month since the first exchange listing date.
4. All the contribution must be sent from Metamask, the seed round dividends will be sent to the contributing Metamask addresses. In case you sent from exchanges or other wallets, please contact your dedicated support from Paradefi.
5. The seed1 round is confirmed to launch, the seed1 round has not been decided yet, or can be canceled at any time. If there is a cancelation, we will announce soon.

After the seed rounds, there will be a private and public sale before the exchange listings at the end of September.
