ICON team was on the 10th of October at the Korean National Assembly where Estonian President was speaking on blockchain. The event was organized by the government and Korea Blockchain Association, of which ICON Council Chair, is the president of the ICO Committee.
The ICON Team will be taking part in ‘2018 Korea Blockchain Expo’, which will take place at the Grand Hilton Convention Center, Seoul from October 23rd to 24th. More information can be found here.

Finance
The number of token holders is decreasing over time.
The token swap deadline is 25th October. More exchanges have decided to support the token swap. As of October 13, 2018, the ICX token swap is only possible through two methods: 1) Holding ICX on Binance, Upbit, OKEx, Huobi, Bithumb, or DragonEX or 2) Manually swapping tokens through ICONex. The ERC20 ICX tokens will be swapped to mainnet ICX coins with a 1:1 swap exchange rate (1 ERC20 ICX token = 1 mainnet ICX coin). More information can be found here.
