Request Network: escrow extension, Metamask support

Development
The basic escrow extension is done.
A new patch version for @requestnetwork/request-network.js: 0.7.7. This patch version includes the possibility to change the IPFS gateway and includes some updated dependencies.
New patch version for requestnetwork-data-format: 0.1.2. This patch version adds the ISO 4217 currency code to the invoice standard and fixes a bug in the package.
Finishing to make refund addresses optional in BTC requests. The payer can provide the BTC refund address after the request is created. This has been done to provider greater flexibility in BTC requests.
Support of signed requests with MetaMask.
What’s up next:
new: Ship a more browser-friendly library.
new: Supporting several new ERC20s based on market demand.
Write guides to help developers contribute to the request codebase and publish “good first issues” on GitHub to engage developers.
Create more basic extensions, such as continuous payment, tax & late fees, to ensure the extension system cover the necessary cases requested by the development community.

Request Network team will be attending the Blockchain Unchained conference in Geneva, Switzerland on the 12th of September. Tickets are available here.
