The Orionid meteor shower
Sri Lankans will be able to see the Orionid meteor shower during its peak hours starting from 10.30pm 22nd October to 5.30 am 23rd October.
Poor sexual education in Sri Lanka 😠
Last week a news about a school in Dambulla made headlines for expelling a student from the school under suspicion of being pregnant as she has felt nauseated and vomited.

Petition against deforestation of Wilpattu 🌳
An online petition is being signed and shared online against the recent deforestation of Wilpattu. The petition has gained more than 26000 signatures at the time of writing.
