Image analysis and automatic text translation

Parallax is used worldwide as a tool for bringing remote assistance into a variety of different industries. Today, we made it even simpler to bring your knowledge to those who need it, whit this new feature analyze images to make them more clear and easy to understand, this tool also allows you to translate them from a variety of languages into your selected language on Parallax in just one click.

You can access to this feature by clicking on the screenshot button or by dragging and dropping an image into the screen, automatically it will show the tool bar with the translate button.

Video call recording.

Parallax gives to you the possibility to save all your video calls, at the end of each interaction it will show you the option to save the video inputs of all the members who joined the call.

As soon as the call begins it could be recorded, this includes video from Moverio glasses, video from a PC as well as any document or image shared on screen during the call.

Every member’s video can be recorded and downloaded by all the persons in the video call, in order to watch or download your recordings you can do it by accessing directly to your library or from your call history located on your profile

It will take a couple of minutes for the most recent recording to appear.

More and more companies demand to optimize their processes, and provide adequate information to their work teams is the key to develop tasks optimally, with Parallax now it is easier to have that information at the appropriate time.

Screen captures are very useful to save information during a video call in a fast and efficient way, this functionality allows you to capture not only the video that is being transmitted by the presenter but also any file or image that has been shared on the screen during a call.

All captures made will be saved directly in your library and you can access them while you are in call from the “Share file” button or by taking the file from your library.

Introducing the feedback functionality

Thanks to your feedback Parallax improves gradually, for us it is a priority to understand your needs and identify areas of improvement so our team is dedicated to categorize, analyze and take action on all your suggestions.

Now this information will be obtained through our new functionality to rate your calls which you will find every time you finish a video call, not only you can rate your experience but you can also tell us exactly if something went wrong during the call or send specific comments.

All these functions are already available in the versions for web and Moverio equipment, however do not forget that to access all these new functions in your Moverio BT-300 glasses it is necessary to update your app on the Moverio store.
