Coffee ain’t hot, it’s cool!
It’s so cool that people badly wanted to keep it with them like a pet. The best thing about coffee is that the caffeine content within the coffee powder gets right into your brain and helps you stay active and productive.

Kaldi was a European legend who discovered coffee, but he never knew the fact that he could even help Steve Jobs stay productive. Now coffee has grown so far that even the founder of Bitcoin couldn’t make it.
Especially in the internet industry, a big majority of the people totally rely on coffee to get their work going. I’ve seen people getting numbed out because of not having a coffee. In fact you can get people to work for you for free, but don’t forget to buy them a coffee.
Coffee keeps us awake, keeps us stay productive and some people even claims that it makes people creative (I don’t think so).
Well, I hate coffee
I wasn’t really a coffee addict neither I’m worried about taking coffee. I can do my best work without even sipping a drop of caffeine. I never used to rely on coffee unless and until I wanted to quit sleep and work.
But, something totally strange happened.
I was setting up my habits in an app so called Coach.me and I was so happy that I finally did manage to find a web app which could manage all my habits.
While I was looking for bad habits to quit, I saw a lot of people adding “Quit Coffee” into their basket and that really caught me in.
I was like “why is it so crazy that people are so much addicted to coffee?” what’s in it to make me feel better while I’m at work.
I didn’t give a lot of shit thinking about coffee, but few days later I got into Cafe Coffee Day for a meeting and I had to order a coffee because my team mate was an addict.
Soon after I ordered it, I was thinking about the “Quit Coffee” habit on that app and I thought it’s totally ok for someone like me to control the use of coffee (after all, it’s not a thing for me worry about).
But I failed!
Since that moment, I’ve been having coffee like almost all the time when I’m outside with my laptop. Coffee started getting into me, It started playing good things in terms of productivity inside me and I was totally happy to order it.
Could you ever imagine someone without the habit of taking coffee suddenly jumping into that kinda world after reading the ironic “Quit coffee” habit from an app (that’s total weird).
But that’s how the brain works, whether or not you notice it, the brain is always curious to try out things which you try to stay away from.
Thankfully I’m not an addict yet and I can still do my best work without coffee, it’s fairly because I knew how to control my chimp after reading the book (Chimp Paradox).
But right now,
I’m completely staying away from coffee and doing my work without letting coffee interrupt me. But beware, coffee may be cool or hot, but it has all kinds of bad things to destroy your sleep, health and at the same time to keep you awake and productive with lots of energy.
I strongly believe that writing this article is like telling me what has happened to me recently and I should stop taking anymore coffee.
