Churn analysis dashboard
- Analysed churn data for a telecom company available at Kaggle
- Created an interactive dashboard with navigation and download options. You can interact with here.
- Overview tab is for the executive overview — measuring KPI (Key performance indicators) of the business.

Detailed Tab — Deep dives into the data to identify which customers are most likely to churn.
The important findings of the analysis are :
- customers on month-to-month basis churn have higher churn rates than other contract types
- seniors (65+) tend to churn more than youth and young adults
- customers using fiber optic internet churn at higher rates (the reason could be that charges for fiber optic are higher than other internet types)
- churn rate is high in first five months (month 1–62%, month 5–48%) decreases in month 6 to 36%. This means customer have trouble in onboarding with the company
- churn rate at 22 months and 25 months are 30% and 29% respectively. These could be customers with two year contract.
- customer who did not avail premium services (device protection plan, premium tech support and online security) churn at higher rates. When I analysed these usage services over tenure of customer — I found that longer staying customer availed premium services.
Superstore KPIs
In this dashboard, I present KPIs for the Super Store dataset, which contains data on order details of customers for orders of a superstore in the US.
This is an interactive dashboard (link here) with context for the KPIs and the option for the users to choose a time period — MTD (Month to date), QTD(Quarter to date) or YTD(Year to date).

Analysing Covid-19 mortality rate in UK
I analysed the covid 19 mortality rate in UK and had two major findings:
- Black, Asian and Ethnic minorities are at a higher risk of deaths.
- Men are a higher risk than women.
Gender Disparities in Adolescent HIV IN Sub-Saharan Africa
The visual highlights that incidence rates of HIV infection in girls are &X the rate of infection among boys.
